Originally from New Jersey, Phil has lived in Richmond since attending the University of Richmond. He has raised his family here and enjoys having family living close by. He loves sitting out on his porch with a good read and spending time with his 4 grandchildren. Phil has been in the accounting/financial planning realm since the beginning. He founded his accounting/tax planning firm in 1993 and became an RIA in 2012. As a CPA, Phil is well versed in anything tax planning, ranging from individuals, businesses, and trusts. Phil has been able to complement his tax services with financial planning. He has helped many individuals and families with multi-generational planning, estate planning, and investment management.
